The Algerian national team achieved an exciting victory over its counterpart, the Bolivia national team, by three goals to two, in the friendly match that brought them together on Friday evening, as part of the two teams’ preparations for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
The Algerian national team succeeded in ending the first half of the match with a clean goal, scored by Amine Gouiri.
At the beginning of the second half, the Bolivian national team succeeded in scoring the equalizer in the 47th minute, through Carmelo Algaranaz Anez, and Jose Sagredo added the second goal in the 70th minute of the match.
Yassine Benzia equalized for the Desert Warriors in the 79th minute, and Issa Mandi scored the winning goal for the Algerian team in the fourth minute of time instead of stoppage time for the match.
The Algerian national team achieved victory in its first match under the leadership of its technical director, Vladimir Petkovic, who took over the task from former technical director Djamel Belmadi.
