At midnight the Home Front Command updated the instructions according to the situation assessment it made and it was decided to change the instructions to the public:

Full activity – Carmel (except Dalit El Carmel, Asafia), Wadi Ara (except Moaz Megiddo, Yakneam Elit), Menashe, Shumron, Sharon, DanYarkon, Shefala, Otaf Gaza (with the exception of the settlements: Nativ Ha’Thara, Yad Mordechai, Zikim, Carmia, Erez, Nir Am, Sderot, Ivys, Gavim, Or Haner, Maflisim, Kfar Gaza, Sa’ad, Alumim, Bari, Reim, Magen, Nirim, Kerem Shalom, Nir Oz, Kissufim, Ein HaSlosha, Sofa, Holit, Nahal Oz, Nir Yitzhak)
educational activities – Educational activities can be held without restrictions. Except for the settlements listed in the exclusions.
gatherings and services – Gatherings of up to 1000 people can be held. *Except for the settlements listed in the exclusions.
jobs – Unlimited activity.

Partial activity – the Gulf (with the exception of Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Yam), Carmel (in localities: Dalit El Carmel, Asafia) have switched to partial activity.
educational activities – Educational activities can be held in a place from which you can reach a standard protected space during defense.
gatherings and services – Can be held with a limit of up to 30 people in an open area and up to 300 people in a building. *Closing of beaches
jobs – You can operate in a building or in a place from which you can reach a standard protected space while defending yourself.

Limited activity – *Golan North, *the line of conflict, *Golan South, Upper Galilee, Central Galilee, Lower Galilee, the valleys, the Gulf (Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Yam), Wadi Ara (Moaz Megiddo, Yakneam elite)
educational activities – Do not hold educational activities.
gatherings and services – Can be held with a limit of up to 10 people in an open area and up to 150 people in a building. The beaches will be closed to the public.
jobs – It is possible to hold an activity in a place from which you can reach a standard protected space during the defense.
*Golan North, *Confrontation Line, *Golan South (with the exception of the Jordan Valley Moaz settlements) must act subject to the instructions of the Northern Command.

Full activity – the rest of the country
*Educational activities – Educational activities can be held without restrictions.
gatherings and services – Gatherings can be held without restrictions.
jobs – Unlimited activity.

The policy is valid from Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 00:00 until Saturday, October 05, 2024, at 20:00.

Each and every one of us must make sure that we are prepared and know how to act to protect our lives and our loved ones. Upon receiving a warning, you must enter the space and stay there for 10 minutes.
You must continue to follow the instructions published by the Home Front Command in the official means of distribution.
