Mahmoud Harb, the administrative director of the Olympic team, revealed that the team has arrived in the French city of Nantes, where it will play its next match against Morocco to determine the third-place winner in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
During a phone call with the media figure Ahmed Moussa, presenter of the program “On My Responsibility,” broadcast on “Sada El Balad” channel, Harb said: We have a dream to achieve a bronze medal and we will fight for it.
Harb explained that the players did what they were supposed to do and more, expressing his pride in dealing with this generation of champions in the Egyptian Olympic team.
Harb confirmed that Thierry Henry, the coach of the French national team, was nervous during the match due to the performance of the Pharaohs, who embarrassed the French on their home ground and in front of their fans.
He stressed that Elneny is a leader in the true sense of the word, both on and off the field, and that he and Captain Zizo are a strong addition to the national team, motivating the players to achieve their dream and telling them that they are their guests.
