Behind the scenes of Al-Ahly’s initial agreement to include Youssef Ayman in the summer

Al-Ahly management reached a preliminary agreement to include Youssef Ayman, defender of the Qatari team Al-Duhail, in the current summer transfer period.

A source said in exclusive statements via Yalla Koura on Thursday that the player and his agent came to Cairo a week ago and the duo remained here for four days, which ended with the player agreeing to move to the Red Castle.

The transfer of Youssef Ayman – 25 years old – will be for a season on loan, with the possibility of obtaining his services permanently.

The source added that Al-Ahly obtained initial approval from Al-Duhail of Qatar to include the player, and all terms of the contract are currently being finalized before it is officially signed.

The source explained that Youssef Ayman will receive the first category of Al-Ahly contracts, and will also be registered in the local player category due to his possession of Egyptian citizenship.

Al-Ahly had returned to negotiations again with Youssef Ayman after the deal for Algerian international defender Zinedine Belaid, captain of the USM Algiers team, who moved to Belgium, specifically to the Saint-Trond team, failed.

It is worth noting that Youssef Ayman participated with Al-Duhail in the past season (24 matches) in all competitions, whether local or continental, scoring two goals and making the same.
