Al-Ettifaq achieved victory over its counterpart Al-Shabab with a goal without a response, during the strong confrontation that brought together the two teams at Al-Ittifaq Club Stadium in Dammam.
After the match, Al-Ettifaq Club published a picture of a group of chickens on its account on the “X” social media platform, commenting on it: “The end of the show, we have reached the end of the show, good night,” before the Eastern Club deleted it.

Journalist Badr Al-Saqri expressed his extreme anger over Al-Ettifaq’s tweet, as he said on the SSC channel: “When the rope is left out in the open, this is the natural outcome of such tweets, and the media center in the clubs needs a legislative and regulatory list that at least preserves the value of our midst.”

Al-Saqri added: “The bickering between the clubs and the light chatter is beautiful, but today the tweet of agreement is at rock bottom.”
Badri Al-Saqri concluded his statements by saying: “The matter is shameful and does not befit the name of Al-Ittifaq Club. Broasted, chicken, and empty cabbages are shameful about what is happening.”
