(CNN) – Fans of rock band Jane’s Addiction did not expect to see band members get into a scuffle during Friday night’s show in Boston.
The band’s lead singer, Perry Farrell, seemed agitated during a song before confronting guitarist Dave Navarro.
The two men appeared to exchange words before Farrell bumps into Navarro.
More words are exchanged, and Farrell appears to throw a punch.
Crew members and other bandmates intervened and held Farrell back to separate him from Navarro.
The concert was then canceled.
The band later issued an apology and said it has called off its next show.
