Real Madrid Football Club announces that Toni Kroos has decided to end his career as a professional footballer after the 2024 European Championship.

Toni Kroos arrived at our club in 2014 and was a key player in one of the most successful phases in Real Madrid’s 122-year history. During the ten seasons in which he defended our shirt and shield, he won 22 titles in 463 matches so far: European Champions Cup (4), Club World Cup (5), European Super Cup (4), League (4), King’s Cup (1). ) and the Spanish Super Cup (4).
In addition to his titles with Real Madrid, Kroos was crowned world champion with the German national team in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
With Bayern Munich, he won the European Cup (1), Club World Cup (1), European Super Cup (1), Bundesliga (3), German Cup (3) and German Super Cup (2).
