This is illogical and it is unusual for the agent to contract on the same day of issuing the power of attorney, despite the fact that the behavior is outside the limits of the agency and The power of attorney does not allow him to do that, as the official power of attorney does not allow him to contract to manage an artistic work, and the management power of attorney is only specific to dealing with artistic works. I canceled both powers and as soon as I learned of this contract, I submitted a report to His Excellency the Attorney General, which is still under investigation.”
She continued: “Since the time of writing the power of attorney, I have not been able to publish anything on my social media pages nor can I manage them, nor do I receive any profit from any social media platform. On the contrary, this has caused me huge losses, as the latter published a song.” To me without my knowledge, which caused legal disputes, as the producing company filed a lawsuit against me to demand the value of the penalty clause stipulated in the contract concluded between us. As a result of that action, I paid an amount of compensation to the producing company amounting to eight million pounds, which subsequently led to the termination of the contract between me. And between that company, but for incomprehensible reasons, the producing company filed the same lawsuit again, which is currently pending before the court.”
She concluded: “Out of my desire to respect the judiciary and the investigative authorities represented by the Public Prosecution, I will reveal these reasons after the end of the existing dispute between me and the producing company, as I filed a report against the company itself, which has also closed the investigation.
