The court had heard the plea of the civil plaintiff on behalf of the family of the late artist Ashraf Abdel Ghafour, and Shaaban Saeed, the lawyer, asked the court to add a new charge to the accused, which is unintentional destruction, pointing out that the Public Prosecution charged him with manslaughter and injury to the victim’s wife, as well as violating the traffic law, and he did not The charge of unintentional damage is included.
The civil plaintiff for the family of the late artist Ashraf Abdel Ghafour demanded that the traffic engineer’s technical reports on the incident be included, as the case papers were devoid of them, and he demanded financial compensation amounting to forty thousand and one.
The competent investigation authorities in October previously referred the accused in the case of the death of artist Ashraf Abdel Ghafour in a traffic accident in October to criminal trial.
