Today, the Real Estate Development Fund deposited 978 million riyals into the accounts of the beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and the Real Estate Fund for the month of May 2024, as part of the ongoing efforts to support the beneficiaries, in order to achieve the objectives of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The CEO of the Real Estate Development Fund, Mansour bin Madi, explained that the total support for the current month of May was allocated to support the profits of various housing support program contracts, noting that the total amount that was deposited in the accounts of residential beneficiaries since the announcement of the transformation program in June 2017 until May 2024, amounted to about 59.5 billion riyals.

Bin Madi said that the housing support program provides various financing and housing solutions and options, including providing immediate, non-refundable support of up to 150 thousand riyals, in addition to other supportive benefits to facilitate the beneficiaries’ journey of owning housing in proportion to their different financing capabilities and their need to own appropriate housing, stressing that The importance of the “self-build” beneficiaries’ commitment to updating the stages of building their homes through the electronic service available on the Fund’s electronic portal to ensure continuity of housing support.

It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund provides housing support program services through more than 43 digital services, through the Fund’s electronic portal and the real estate advisor service, in addition to self-service devices in all its branches and 24 hours a day, while the unified call center 199088 and social media channels respond to calls.
