Egyptian journalist Amr Adeeb opened the file of Khassam, his partner in presenting the Big Time Podcast, the Syrian artist Asala Nasri, and their guest, the Egyptian artist Angham.
Asala said: “We have been cut off from each other, but the affection, love and respect towards you has not ceased for a single moment. I respect you very much, I love you, and I am very proud of you and your path. If something starts to happen from me towards you, it starts towards myself. I first offended myself. I was not comfortable, so it is normal for my friend to be upset with you. Ali and our friendship mean a lot to me.”
Angham responded: “Me too, there is a resemblance between me and Asala, and we almost never lived our childhood and we took on responsibilities very quickly. I can feel for her and she can feel for me. When I got upset with her, the anger was very great because I loved her so much, and when someone is close to you and upsets you, the anger remains.” That’s it.”
The dispute between the two singers began in 2019, when Angham married music distributor Ahmed Ibrahim, husband of Yasmine Issa, the niece of director Tariq Al-Erian, who was married to Asala at the time.
