Zamalek prepares an official letter to the Football Association to notify them of ending Boutaib’s crisis

Officials are preparing Zamalek Headed by Hussein Labib, an official letter to be sent to Football AssociationWithin a few hours to notify them of the end of the crisis Khaled Boutaib Former team player and special suspension of registration and African license due to his late dues.

A source in Zamalek revealed in exclusive statements to Youm7 that the letter will be sent to the Football Association after an agreement was reached with the Moroccan player’s lawyer that Zamalek will pay part of the arrears, which amount to 2 million and 400 thousand euros, and the rest will be paid within the next few months.

The source added that once the agreed upon amount is transferred to the player, a settlement and scheduling of the amount will be obtained. The official letter will be sent to the Football Association, especially since Zamalek has notified the EFA officials that an agreement has been reached with the player’s lawyer on the settlement.

Zamalek is facing a major crisis due to not obtaining the African license from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) due to the debts imposed on it, which led to the suspension of registration, especially since CAF requires that teams participating in African tournaments be free of any financial disputes, and that these crises be resolved before the end of June, and the deadline was extended to July 5.

Zamalek can obtain the African license if it pays Khaled Boutaib’s dues or schedules them to obtain a license to participate in the Confederation Cup next season.
