A quarrel between colleagues…a penalty kick disturbs the Chelsea hex!

The match between Chelsea and Everton, at the end of the 33rd round of the English Premier League, witnessed an unexpected scene when some of the Blues players quarreled, before a penalty kick was taken.

Chelsea achieved a great victory over Everton by six unanswered goals, on a night in which Blues star Cole Palmer shone, after scoring four goals, bringing his team to 47 points in ninth place.

In the 61st minute, the referee awarded a penalty kick for Chelsea, and Cole Palmer was supposed to come forward to take it, as he is the first penalty kick taker in his team, but the duo, Noni Madueke and Nicholas Jackson, quarreled with him because he tried to shoot the ball.

The cameras captured a scene of the quarrel between the players over the implementation of the penalty kick, before Palmer stepped forward to shoot the ball and score his fourth personal goal in the match, and the fifth for his team.

It is worth noting that Chelsea is preparing to face Manchester City next Saturday in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, and then it will meet Arsenal in the London derby, on April 23, in the 34th round of the English Premier League.
