Khaled Bebo, director of football at Al-Ahly club, revealed the details of a call he had with the Swiss Marcel Kohler, the coach of the Red Team, and Hossam Hassan, the coach of the Egyptian national team.
Khaled Bibou, director of football at Al-Ahly club, said in statements to his club’s official website, that there was a phone call that took place a short while ago, between him and both Marcel Kohler, the technical director of Al-Ahly, and Hossam Hassan, the technical director of the national team.
Bebo stressed that the call was positive within the framework of the cooperative relationship that must prevail between the national team’s technical staff and other technical bodies.
The director of football at Al-Ahly Club indicated that coordination had been made on joint matters to serve the general interest of Egyptian football.
It is worth noting that there are 10 players from Al-Ahly Club who are on the Egyptian national team’s roster for this March’s camp, and they are: Mustafa Schubert, Mohamed Hani, Akram Tawfiq, Mohamed Abdel Moneim, Rami Rabia, Marwan Attia, Imam Ashour, Mohamed Magdy “Afsha”, Ahmed Nabil Koka. And Hussein Al-Shahat.
The Egyptian national team is participating in the March camp, which began on Wednesday evening, in preparation for the friendly tournament that includes the teams of Croatia, Tunisia, and New Zealand, which will be held in Cairo.
