Juventus negotiates with Thiago Motta to succeed Allegri next season

Juventus director Giuntoli has identified Bologna boss Thiago Motta as the ideal coach for the Bianconeri project, and several sources in Italy, including Gazzetta, have reported that the Serie A giants are prepared to offer the former Italy international a two-year contract.
The deal will include an option for another season. Corriere della Sera newspaper reported that Motta would sign a contract worth 3.5 million euros per year in Turin.
Motta has secured qualification for the Champions League with Bologna this season, and his contract at the Dallara Stadium expires next June.

Juventus have also been linked with Riccardo Calafiore and Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna, and Motta’s appointment would make the Old Lady’s interest even stronger.
