Scottie Scheffler’s best Masters finishes, career majors and tournament wins

Even before the first group of the 2024 Masters teed off Thursday, Scottie Scheffler stood out among the 89-man field.

Though the possibility has loomed throughout the tournament that he would have to abruptly leave Augusta National Golf Club to be with his wife should she go into labor, Scheffler, the No. 1-ranked player in the world, entered the event as the betting favorite.

Those projections turned out to have merit. Scheffler was at or near the top of the leaderboard for much of the event, then pulled away over the final 10 holes to allow him to put on a green jacket for a second time in his career.
