The Competitions Committee of the Saudi Football Federation has decided on the location and date of holding the Saudi Super Cup, according to a press report.
According to the Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiah, Al-Ittihad decided to choose Abu Dhabi to host the Super Cup, during the period between the end of the next month of Ramadan and the days of Eid Al-Fitr, with the participation of the clubs “Al-Hilal, Al-Nasr, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Wahda.”

The newspaper had previously indicated that the Football Association was moving to choose this date, due to the lack of other dates available during the current season, after the recent amendments to the AFC Champions League calendar.
Ittihad Jeddah has reserved its seat in the tournament, which will be held for the second time with the participation of 4 teams, as the holder of the Roshen League title, and will be accompanied by Al-Nasr, which ranked second last season, Al-Hilal, the King’s Cup champion, and runner-up Al-Wahda.
