A worker was arrested on charges of having sexual intercourse with a minor in Dakahlia… and the girl: “It was with Raya’s consent.”

Officers of the Gamasa Police Department Investigation Unit were able to arrest a worker residing in the May 15 area after he incited a minor, a “first-year secondary school student,” to leave her family’s home and live with him in his house and have sexual intercourse with her husbands.

Major General Marwan Habib, Director of Dakahlia Security, had received a notification from Major General Mohamed Ezz, Director of Criminal Investigation, stating that a report had been received by the Chief of the Gamasa Police Department, from “S.A.M.M.”, 56 years old, an employee of the Sugar Company in Dakahlia, and a resident of Bandar Gamasa. His daughter, “E,” 16 years old, a student in the first year of secondary school and residing at the same address, was absent from the house.

The author of the report accused Hossam A. A. A., 31 years old, a worker and resident of the May 15 area in the department’s district, of inciting his daughter to leave the house and live near him.

By codifying the procedures, a force of officers from the Gamasa Police Department Investigation Unit, led by Major Mahmoud Al-Qasabi, Chief of Investigations, was able to raid the house and arrest him and the girl whose absence was reported. Confronting him, he acknowledged and confessed to inciting the student to leave the house due to the presence of an emotional relationship between them and “having intercourse with her like husbands.”

Confronting the girl who reported her absence, she admitted that she was emotionally attached to the accused and that she had left the house and slept with him with her consent.

The necessary report on the incident was prepared and the Public Prosecution was notified, which initiated investigations.
