Books – Hassan Morsi:

Journalist Amr Adeeb commented sadly on the result of the first half of the Zamalek Club match against Nahdet Berkane in the first leg of the African Confederation Championship, which ended with the Moroccan team winning by two unanswered goals.

Adeeb described the match as “embarrassing and frustrating,” adding: “There is a need for pressure, sugar, and cholesterol. Zamalek’s luck is tilted. We don’t have Al-Ahly’s luck,” expressing his hope that Zamalek will not suffer a heavy defeat.

Moroccan RS Berkane players scored twice against Zamalek, with Issoufou Dayo scoring a goal from a penalty kick in the 14th minute of the first half, then Adil Tafif added the second goal with a powerful header 18 minutes after the same half.

This result poses a difficult challenge for Zamalek FC in the return match scheduled for May 26, 2019 in Cairo, as they must score more than two goals to qualify for the final and maintain their chances of winning the title.
