Bournemouth achieved a valuable victory over its host Burnley, 2-0, in the 27th round of the English Premier League, today, Sunday.
Bournemouth took the lead with the first goal scored by Dutch striker Justin Kluivert in the 13th minute.
Ghanaian Antoine Cemino added the second goal for the visitors in the 88th minute.
With this victory, Bournemouth returned to winning ways after four defeats and three draws in the last seven rounds, raising its score to 31 points in thirteenth place.
As for Burnley, their score froze at 13 points in the nineteenth and penultimate place, remaining strongly threatened with relegation to the second division.
Burnley’s suffering continued with its 20th loss in the league championship this season, and it remained unable to win in nine consecutive rounds.
