During the past few hours, a Brazilian press report sparked controversy after publishing the news of the suicide of former Barcelona star Dani Alves inside prison in Brazil.
On the other hand, Brazilian journalist reports made clear that this information was incorrect, stressing that what was covered in the report claiming the death of the former Brazilian star was not true.
The Portuguese newspaper “Record” reported that there are still no official confirmations that support the truth of Alves’ suicide, so all followers are waiting for an official statement, in order to clarify and put an end to the state of uncertainty that this news has raised on social media networks.
The Barcelona District Court ruled that Dani Alves be imprisoned for 4 and a half years, and a heavy fine, on the grounds of his sexual assault on a girl in a nightclub.
