Madrid – May 14 (KUNA) — Girona lost to Villarreal with a clean goal today, Tuesday, in the 36th round of the Spanish Football League.
Bertrand Traoré scored the winning goal for Villarreal in the 59th minute of the match played at the Municipal Stadium (Montelippi).
With this result, Girona’s score froze at 75 points in third place in the overall standings of the competition, while Villarreal raised its score to 51 points in eighth place in the standings.
