Phil Foden scored two wonderful goals as Manchester City won 3-1 over rival Manchester United, continuing its quest to win the English Premier League title for the fourth time in a row.

Until the 81st minute, the score was 1-1, and United was intent on obstructing the progress of City, its eternal rival in the city, and implementing the promises of new co-owner Jim Ratcliffe to return the 20-time English champion to the position it deserves.

But Foden received a pass from Julián Alvarez and shot the ball from the left of the penalty area, giving City the lead, scoring his second personal goal.

Norwegian Erling Haaland completed the hat-trick for his team after a defensive error, as Rodri cut the ball from Sofiane Amrabat to pass it to Haaland, and he was alone with the goal and shot into the net.
