The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques issues a royal order promoting 26 judges at the Board of Grievances

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – issued a royal order promoting 26 judges at the Board of Grievances.

This was stated by His Excellency the President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Yousef, His Excellency said:

The generous royal order included the promotion of three judges from the rank of (appeal judge) to the rank of (president of the court of appeals), the promotion of a judge from the rank of (president of court/B) to the rank of (president of court/A), and the promotion of ten judges from the rank of (prosecuting attorney/ A) to the grade of (Chairman of Court/B), promoting four judges from the grade of (Judge/B) to the grade of (Judge/A), and promoting eight judges from the grade of (Judge/C) to the grade of (Judge/B).

His Excellency Dr. Al-Yousef explained that this generous royal order came to confirm the keenness of the wise leadership – may God support it – in everything that would support the administrative judiciary facility with judicial competencies. To develop its performance and achieve quality and efficiency in all its work.

His Excellency said: This comes by the grace of God and then under the guidance and attention of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them – and the care they give to the administrative judiciary facility and the Board of Grievances. In pursuit of justice and preservation of rights.
