The price of the dollar continued to fall against the pound, losing between 10 and 15 piasters in 8 banks at the end of trading today compared to the morning of trading, according to the publication on their websites.
The price of the dollar rose from about 30.94 pounds on Tuesday to about 50 pounds last Wednesday with the Central Bank announcing a return to liberalizing the exchange rate, before it began to gradually decline with the abundance of foreign exchange resources and the stagnation of the parallel market.

Banque Misr: 49.02 pounds to buy, down 12 piasters, and 49.13 pounds to sell, down 12 piasters.
Banque du Caire: 49 pounds to buy, down 10 piasters, and 49.10 pounds to sell, down 10 piasters.
Commercial International Bank: 48.95 pounds to buy, down 15 piasters, and 49.05 pounds to sell, down 15 piasters.
Al Baraka Bank: 49.05 pounds to buy, down 10 piasters, and 49.10 pounds to sell, down 10 piasters.
Credit Agricole Bank: 49.05 pounds to buy, down 10 piasters, and 49.15 pounds to sell, down 10 piasters.
Suez Canal Bank: 49 pounds to buy, down 10 piasters, and 49.10 pounds to sell, down 10 piasters.
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank: 49.25 pounds to buy, and 49.35 pounds to sell.
Bank of Alexandria: 49.15 pounds to buy, an increase of 5 piasters, and 49.20 pounds to sell, an increase of 5 piasters.
The dollar at the Bank of Alexandria recorded an increase of 30 piasters at the beginning of today’s trading compared to the end of yesterday’s trading, before it began to decline to match the same prices prevailing in the banks at the end of trading.
