Themaar Development Holding Company’s losses increased to 6.5 million riyals by the end of 2023, compared to losses of 3 million riyals achieved during the same period in 2022.

The company said that the reason for the increase in losses during the current period compared to the same period of the previous year is due to:

– General and administrative expenses increased by 9 million riyals.

– Impairment loss in the value of property, machinery and equipment amounting to 1 million riyals.

– Other revenues decreased by 0.5 million riyals.

3. Total comprehensive income to become 28,823,940 riyals instead of 27,074,129 riyals.

The company also said that the accumulated losses at the end of the current period amounted to (259,866) million riyals, representing 103.95% of the capital.
