Zamalek doctor reveals the extent of Zizou’s injury against Al-Ahly

Mohamed Osama, the Zamalek club doctor, revealed the extent of the injury of Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the team’s player, which he suffered during the summit match against Al-Ahly in the Egypt Cup final.

Zizou suffered an injury before the end of the first half against Al-Ahly, and was replaced between the two halves of the match, and Mahmoud Abdel Razek Shikabala came in his place.

Journalist Mina Maher, presenter of the “Zamalek” program broadcast on Zamalek Channel, reported Mohamed Osama’s statements, during which he talked about Zizo’s injury and the duration of his absence.

Mohamed Osama said that Zizou’s injury is a sprained ankle, and x-rays will be performed on the player’s foot as soon as the tumor disappears to determine the duration of his absence.

Al-Ahly defeated Zamalek yesterday evening, Friday, with a score of 2-0, in the match that was held in the 2022-2023 Egypt Cup final at the Awal Park Stadium in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
