The German team, Borussia Dortmund, qualified for the quarter-finals of the Champions League, after defeating its guest, the Dutch team PSV Eindhoven, 2-0, in the match that brought them together on Wednesday evening, at the “Signal Iduna Park” stadium, in the second leg of the round of 16 of the current season of the competition.
The two PSV Eindhoven teams tied against Borussia Dortmund, 1-1, during the match held between them at the Philips Stadium, in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League.
English winger Jadon Sancho scored Dortmund’s first goal, three minutes after the start of the match, from a creeping shot that landed to the right of the Dutch team’s goalkeeper..

Marco Reus added the German team’s second goal in the fifth minute of time instead of stoppage time for the match.
