Inter Milan’s match against Cagliari was settled in a 2-2 positive draw, during the match that brought together the two teams on Sunday evening at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium, in the 32nd round of the Italian League competition of the current season 2023-2024.

In the second half, Edor Shomurodov equalized for the visitors in the 64th minute, before Hakan Calhanoglu put the lead for Inter in the 74th minute from a penalty kick, then Nicholas Viola equalized again for Cagliari, ending the match in a 2-2 draw.

With this result, Inter Milan remains at the top of the Italian League standings this season with 83 points, 14 points behind runner-up Milan with 69 points, while Cagliari comes in 14th place with 31 points.
Inter Milan does not know the taste of loss in the last 14 rounds of the Italian League championship, as it achieved victory in 12 matches and tied in two matches.
All that remains for Inter is the Italian League title this season, after being eliminated from the cup competitions against Bologna in the round of 16, and exiting from the Champions League quarter-finals against Atletico Madrid.
