Hossam Hassan, the coach of the Egyptian national team, announced the Pharaohs’ list for the matches between Burkina Faso and Guinea Bissau, as part of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Egyptian national team will host Burkina Faso, next June 6, at Cairo International Stadium, in the third round of competitions, then it will face Guinea-Bissau, on the 10th of next month.
The Egyptian national team roster witnessed the return of Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool star, to be with the Pharaohs after his absence from the first camp of the national team under the leadership of Hossam Hassan.
The list included:
Goalkeepers: Mohamed El-Shenawy, Mostafa Schubert, Mohamed Awad, Mahdi Suleiman.
Defense line: Mohamed Abdel Moneim, Rami Rabia, Yasser Ibrahim, Ahmed Ramadan Beckham, Mohamed Hani, Akram Tawfiq, Mohamed Hamdy, Ahmed Fattouh.
Midfield: Marwan Attia, Hamdi Fathi, Ahmed Nabil Koka, Emam Ashour, Ahmed Sayed Zizo, Nasser Maher, Mohamed Salah, Mostafa Fathi, Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet.
Offensive line: Mohamed Sharif, Mustafa Mohamed, Mohamed Al-Shami, Ahmed Amin Ova.
